I am based in California and offer a personalized, eclectic approach for those struggling in their journey.

I am dedicated to creating a safe environment for clients to process traumas, current stressors, and life changes. I am trained in treating clients with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and relational issues. I am affirming and supportive of persons of color, LGBTQ+, non traditional relationships, polycules, and neurodiversity. Love is love and all are welcome.

I am passionate about working with entrepreneurs, creatives, and those feeling like they don’t fit in a normative role. I have assisted in recruiting and employee relations at Fortune 500 companies, and have led team building and management workshops for groups across myriad industries. I am also a certified practitioner for Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors®. In my spare time, I enjoy Pilates, video games, and traveling.

  • I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT161064).

    I have been working in private practice since 2019, seeing individuals and couples through a lens of empathy, empowerment, and support.

    Prior to my work in private practice, I worked with Santa Ana Unified School District providing psychotherapy to children grades K-12.

    • Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) 

    • Brainspotting 

    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) 

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

    • Gottman Trained Level 1 and 2 

    • Gottman Seven Principles Leader

  • I received my Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from UCLA and hold a Masters in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I have completed all doctoral level foundational coursework (all but dissertation) for the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at California Southern University.
